Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
At Grazie Raleigh, every order is custom-curated — from hand-selected ingredients to event-day preparation. Because our products are made to order and perishable, we kindly ask for advance notice for any changes or cancellations.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are eligible for a partial refund, less a 20% service fee to cover processing and planning time.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge, as ingredients and materials are typically already purchased.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable, as all products and staffing are fully committed at that point.
- Reschedules requested within 48 hours may be accommodated at Grazie Raleigh’s discretion, with up to a 50% credit applied toward a future date if costs allow.
